Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order before processing of your application online Once Your Application is processed. We can not cancel the same.

Conditions for Returns

We are not dealing any goods we just provides service only. In the case when our PSA, UTI ITSL/NSDL after processing the PAN attempt to deliver your PAN Card at the communication address given in the application in case at the time of delivery you are not available in the given place the PAN Will be returned to origin.

  • Within 30 days of such attempts you have to inform us or need to send a RUD form to the head office for dispatch the PAN card
  • You have failed to inform us within the specified time than no action can be done from our end
